Shot & edited over 3,000 iris photographs, transforming them into unique and personal works of art.

While working onboard a cruise line, I rebuilt the iris photography program, created numerous marketing materials and trained others in my top sales approach; keeping client experience in the forefront. While continuously developing editing techniques, I enjoy challenging myself to create new ways to visualize the beauty and complexity of human nature.

Lech Decks

Lech Decks is a presentation visual design company that specializes in creating emotive look books for the creative professional.  Each project is tailored to the clients perspective and we welcome working in a collaborative or work for hire relationship.

Vision decks are so enjoyable to work on because they are often the first look of the big picture! When translating a presentation from script to screen, it can be daunting to discern where to start. When starting any project, I believe it is important to keep discussions of audience experience and distribution goals in the forefront.

It is easy to get lost in creative ideation but I am skilled at discerning what needs to be communicated and creating vision decks that emotionally enhance presentations.
